Abstract

Siły polityczne obejmujące w 1944 r., władzę w Polsce, cieszyły się małym poparciem społeczeństwa. Dlatego niezwykle ważnym posunięciem taktycznym było dążenie do szukania oparcia w warstwach ludzi nie zadowolonych z rządów przedwrześniowych, ale równocześnie nie witających radośnie zachodzących zmian na arenie politycznej. Rzucone hasło: walki z analfabetyzmem, miało za zadanie poprzez awans społeczny związany z edukacja, zjednać szerokie masy.
