LA SATISFACCIÓN EN HOSPITALES A TRAVÉS DEL MODELO SERVQUAL

Abstract

En el área empresarial si se habla de métricas o medición de satisfacción es importante utilizar herramientas adaptables al entorno mismo y por supuesto hacer que la medición sea bajos los mismos parámetros y bajos las mismas circunstancias, es por eso que en el ámbito de la salud existen diversos actores que brindan el servicio sin embargo para medir la satisfacción es importante utilizar la herramienta a un conjunto especifico de actores que sean cuasi homogéneos en los servicios que brindan, partiendo de esa premisa es importante recordar la imperiosa necesidad que tiene cualquier empresa privada o pública de contar con información acerca de la satisfacción de sus clientes para posteriormente obtener índices de calidad y tomar acciones concretas.Un aspecto importante en el área administrativa, en el área de Marketing o en el área financiera es poder determinar los factores más importantes que hacen al servicio brindado, en este caso los factores para medir la satisfacción del servicio viene dado por el modelo utilizado que permite además determinar expectativas y percepciones para que cada área de la empresa pública o privada pueda llevar a cabo planes integrales de corrección o de fortalecimiento si así lo mostraran los resultados.
