PENDEKATAN SUPERVISI PENDIDIKAN

Abstract

Meningkatkan mutu pendidikan memerlukan supervisi pendidikan yang efektif. Supervisi ini, yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor, bertujuan untuk membimbing guru dalam meningkatkan kemampuan dan kinerjanya. Berbagai pendekatan supervisi dapat diterapkan, dengan pertimbangan tujuan, fokus, dan peran supervisor. Pemilihan pendekatan yang tepat harus mempertimbangkan kebutuhan guru, kondisi sekolah, dan tujuan pendidikan. Pendekatan supervisi yang efektif akan membantu guru meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah.
