Fundamentación Metodológica del Grupo Focal en la Educación Superior

Abstract

El objetivo es describir la fundamentación metodológica del grupo focal como una técnica de recolección de datos dentro en un estudio de investigación científica. La investigación tuvo un enfoque cualitativo con diseño fenomenológico. Se seleccionaron 10 personas para el grupo focal, 5 hombres y 5 mujeres, profesionales de distintas disciplinas que trabajan en educación superior de Paraguay con 10 años de experiencia como mínimo en educación e investigación científica. El instrumento de recolección de datos estuvo conformado por 5 preguntas abiertas y realizada en noviembre del 2020. El resultado más relevante trata sobre la importancia de realizar correctamente el grupo focal donde se requiere de mucha paciencia, recursos humanos y sobre todo el know how de cómo implementarlo. Se concluye que el grupo focal es una técnica muy utilizada en cualquier ámbito y su correcta implementación podrá enriquecer el trabajo académico, científico como empresarial.
