Abstract

El artículo explora la arquitectura militar de Leonardo da Vinci en Piombino, integrando documentación digital y fuentes históricas. Se analizan los códigos madrileños y los proyectos para las defensas de Piombino, examinando bocetos y textos. La metodología integra levantamientos digitales y estudio de las páginas manuscritas, interpretando detalles y comparando con las estructuras actuales. La investigación revela la complejidad de los diseños y su relación con las fortifi caciones reales. La modelización tridimensional permitirá divulgar tales descubrimientos también a un público no especializado.
