Comunicación asertiva en ambientes virtuales de aprendizaje

Abstract

Los Ambientes Virtuales de Aprendizaje (AVA) se han convertido en una excelente opción para el desarrollo de cursos, tanto en la modalidad presencial como en virtual e híbrida, siendo la comunicación entre los agentes participantes un elemento crucial en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo conocer el tipo de comunicación que ha prevalecido en las clases virtuales para buscar estrategias que permitan retomar la comunicación asertiva. Se consideró una muestra de 192 estudiantes del área de humanidades de la Universidad Veracruzana-Región Veracruz. Se empleó una metodología cuantitativa con alcance descriptivo. Para la recopilación de datos se aplicó un cuestionario de opción múltiple con diez reactivos, con un Alfa de .873. Los hallazgos indican que el estilo de comunicación que ha prevalecido es la pasiva, con un 56.7%, con un tipo de interrelación entre docentes y estudiantes neutral. Resulta importante visualizar acciones que fomenten la comunicación asertiva en los AVA para hacer más eficiente el proceso de aprendizaje de los estudiantes en la modalidad virtual.
