Abstract

INTRODUCCIÓN La Ley Estatutaria en Salud (LES) de 2015 constituye uno de los adelantos más significativos para la salud en Colombia. No obstante, a más de seis años de su aprobación, el goce efectivo del derecho fundamental a la salud no es una realidad en el país. Las organizaciones firmantes del sector salud presentan a consideración del Gobierno Nacional, del Congreso de la República y de la opinión general, unos ACUERDOS FUNDAMENTALES, de lo que consideran esencial para el pleno desarrollo de la Ley Estatutaria 1751 de 2015.
