Abstract

Kinerja merupakan proses tentang bagaimana pengelolaan sumber daya manusia suatu organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan strategi organisasi. Untuk itu, organisasi sangat membutuhkan individu yang bersedia berperan ekstra untuk bekerja sama melakukan tugas yang tidak tercantum dalam deskripsi pekerjaan. Perilaku ini disebut sebagai Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Dalam dunia pendidikan, OCB menunjukkan perilaku sosial yang positif dan bermakna membantu. Jika guru memiliki OCB yang tinggi, maka produktivitas akan mampu mengendalikan perilakunya sendiri sehingga mampu mempengaruhi tingkat kinerja yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja guru di SMK 01 Diponegoro Wuluhan Jember. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru kelas di SMK 01 Diponegoro yang berjumlah 31. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner. Teknik pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis korelasi menghasilkan t hitung sebesar 2,987. Berdasarkan perhitungan t hitung dapat diketahui bahwa t hitung > t tabel (2,987 > 2,045), sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,444 yang menunjukkan tingkat hubungan sedang. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi (R Square), maka diperoleh besarnya pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap kinerja guru di SMK 01 Diponegoro Wuluhan adalah sebesar 19,7%.
