A Importância do marketing de relacionamento nas empresas

Abstract

Com o mundo sendo tão resumida em tais coisas, a competitividade chega num nível em que copiar outra empresa não é mais feio, mas sim necessário, o fato é que a inovação precisa continuar a buscar por seus clientes, mantendo um relacionamento firme com eles pelo tempo que puderem ao máximo manter. Com o marketing, tudo se torna mais fácil, ou deveria, a firmar um bom relacionamento com seus clientes e a buscar os clientes de seus concorrentes, com produtos e serviços mais favoráveis. A inovação tecnológica é a chave mais próxima de uma satisfação do consumidor a se tornar um cliente fiel, e sempre buscar ser atendido da mesma forma e sair com satisfação pelo serviço prestado. Haverá sempre vantagens, mas aí que entra a carta para se fidelizar os clientes, com o marketing, as estratégias mudam para melhor. No mercado a competitividade é tensa, mas sai na frente àquele que com inovação consegue mostrar os bons resultados de suas pesquisas, é importante o marketing de relacionamento, que vem tentar a romper uma barreira entre a empresa e cliente.
