Créativité des pratiques et formation en animation socioculturelle

Abstract

Pour parler de la créativité cet article s’appuie sur une recherche effectuée sur les pratiques en animation socioculturelle dans deux espaces culturels différents. Dans un premier temps, il présente la méthodologie de recherche issue de l’analyse de l’activité. Celle-ci propose une approche de co-construction des problèmes que rencontrent les professionnels en les associant en tant qu’experts des problématiques qu’ils ont à traiter et en faisant émerger la manière dont ils s’y prennent. Cette recherche met à jour la créativité dont font preuve les professionnels dans l’action et la façon dont ils la considère dans leur métier. Pour illustrer la créativité en formation, cet article présente le contenu d’un cours en lien avec la fonction de médiation culturelle. L’idée force est d’expérimenter une pédagogie qui permette de poser des bases possibles pour que le travail de médiation pratiqué par la suite puisse être effectué en visant l’appropriation réelle des publics concernés.
