Elektronsko poslovanje v osnovnih šolah

Abstract

Namen članka je prikazati vlogo in pomen elektronskega poslovanja v osnovnih šolah, predvsem digitalne pismenosti, ki je eden od ključnih dejavnikov širjenja digitalizacije. Računovodje in knjigovodje so morali za implementacijo digitalne prenove v vzgojno-izobraževalnih organizacijah obvladati štiri skupine e-veščin, kot so informacijske e-veščine, komunikacijske e-veščine, e-veščine za reševanje problemov in e-veščine za uporabo programske opreme. Z raziskavo, v kateri je sodelovalo 115 računovodij in knjigovodij na slovenskih osnovnih šolah, smo želeli preučiti njihovo mnenje o e-poslovanju, o zelenem poslovanju in digitalizaciji z uvedbo e-računov. Ugotovili smo, da računovodje in knjigovodje menijo, da je uvedba e-poslovanja v osnovne šole dobra odločitev (x̅ = 4,41), da prejemanje elektronskih računov in drugih elektronskih dokumentov dodatno prispeva k minimalni porabi papirja in energije za transport, kar prispeva k zelenemu poslovanju« (x̅ = 4,30), ter da uvedba e-poslovanja v osnovnih šolah zasleduje cilje in trende digitalizacije države« (x̅ = 4,29). Prav tako med računovodji z različno starostjo ne obstajajo statistično pomembne razlike v oceni prednosti izdajanja e-računov in pri opredeljevanju o zelenem poslovanju.
