Es presenten les repostes de la Unió Europea a la crisi econòmica provocada per la Covid-19, comparant-les amb el que s’ha fet als EE. UU. i posant especial èmfasi en els fons Next Generation EU. També es detalla el Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència, que és la proposta espanyola per accedir als fons Next Generation EU. Espanya serà el principal beneficiari d’aquest fons, plantejat no només per sortir de la crisi, sinó per modernitzar l’Estat. És, per tant, una gran oportunitat, però també implica tota una sèrie de reptes, com es veurà.
