Abstract

El pasado 9 de noviembre de 1994, la Junta de Andalucía publica­ba en el BOJA la RESOLUCION de 14 de octubre de 1994, de la Dirección General de Bienes Culturales por la que se incoa expe­ diente para la inscripción en el Catálogo General del Patrimonio Histórico Andaluz, con categoría de monumento, a favor de los toros Osborne, estructuras publicitarias situadas en distintos puntos de la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía. Terminaba así, con el indulto en Andalucía de las vallas publicitarias del toro, una polémica en la que se han visto envueltas las más distintas capas de la sociedad española en estos últimos años.
