Abstract

El principal objetivo de este estudio es analizar las percepciones y los conocimientos prácticos personales que tiene el alumnado del máster en Formación del Profesorado de Educación Secundaria. El método utilizado para la consecución de la investigación realizada ha sido una entrevista semiestructurada en la que los participantes contestaban a la problemática planteada con relación a cuatro grandes bloques: la Administración educativa, los centros educativos, el profesorado y, por último, el alumnado. La muestra está conformada por un total de 188 componentes de los últimos cuatro cursos académicos de los estudios mencionados de la Universitat de les Illes Balears. Los resultados sostienen que no se sienten preparados para afrontar la docencia con la formación recibida y que detectan muchos elementos desmotivadores para afrontar su tarea. Finalmente, cabe destacar que los docentes perciben, entre los jóvenes, un gran desengaño sobre las percepciones que estos tienen acerca de la importancia de la propia formación para su futuro laboral y de la poca relevancia que supone para ellos.
