The proposal for the reform of civil legislation on the legal status of animals provides for their consideration as living beings endowed with sensitivity. This will be reflected not only in the internal sphere but also in the international sphere in situations in which there is a conflict of laws.
La proposition de réforme de la législation civile sur le statut juridique des animaux prévoit leur prise en compte en tant qu'êtres vivants doués de sensibilité. Cela se reflétera non seulement dans la sphère interne, mais aussi dans la sphère internationale dans les situations de conflit de lois.
La propuesta de reforma de la legislación civil sobre el estatuto jurídico de los animales prevé su consideración como seres vivos dotados de sensibilidad. Esto se reflejará no solo en el ámbito interno sino también en el ámbito internacional en situaciones en las que exista un conflicto de leyes.
ينص اقتراح إصلاح التشريعات المدنية المتعلقة بالوضع القانوني للحيوانات على اعتبارها كائنات حية تتمتع بالحساسية. سينعكس هذا ليس فقط في المجال الداخلي ولكن أيضًا في المجال الدولي في الحالات التي يوجد فيها تضارب في القوانين.
