Abstract

En el presente artículo se realiza un comentario a la Sentencia 135/10 del Juzgado de lo Penal nº 4 de Bilbao (Bizkaia) de 25 de marzo de 2010 que castiga de forma pionera por un delito de maltrato a animales domésticos un comportamiento omisivo, el absoluto abandono de seis perros en pabellón dejándolos sin mínimas condiciones de alimentación e higiene causando la muerte de uno y lesiones graves de otros.
