En el presente documento se presentan las últimas novedades legislativas en Derecho Animal en México. A nivel Municipal, encontramos la prohibición de utilizar animales en los circos, establecida recientemente en San Pedro Cholula, Puebla. Asimismo, se estudian los puntos más relevantes del proyecto de Ley que pretende reformar la Ley de Proyección de los Animales para el Estado de Puebla, y aquel que pretende reformar el Código Penal del mismo Estado. This document presents the recent news in Animal Law in Mexico. At the municipal level, we can find the ban on using animals in circuses, established recently in San Pedro Cholula, Puebla. Additionally, the most relevant points of the bill that intends to reform the Animal Protection Law in the State of Puebla and the proposed bill to reform the Criminal Code of the same State are studied.
