Modelo Matemático de Transmissão e Controle do Mosquito Aedes aegypti

Abstract

Neste artigo, propomos um modelo descrito por um sistema de equacoes diferenciais parciais do tipo difusao-reacao para analisar a dinamica da propagacao de uma infeccao por dengue e formulamos um problema de otimizacao com o objetivo de minimizar a populacao de mosquitos e o tempo de investimento no controle, aplicando inseticidas e larvicidas durante o verao. Utilizamos decomposicao de operadores, diferencas finitas, Runge-Kutta de quarta ordem e o algoritmo real genetico polarizado para as simulacoes numericas e computacionais. Aplicamos o controle degrau concomitante, onde, num estudo preliminar, observamos a diminuicao do numero do mosquito do Aeds aegpyti ao longo do tempo e do espaco.
