Abstract

Due to lack of facilities and expensive medicines most of the patients in developing courtiers do not get adequate treatment for HIV/AIDS. Hence it was an immediate requirement that the developed countries and the developing countries walk hand in hand on the path of defeating this epi-demic monster. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief is the largest global health initiative dedicated for the cure of a single disease by United States Government.
