Abstract

Resumen El aneurisma aórtico infeccioso es una condición potencialmente mortal, con una mortalidad que varía entre 20 y 50 %. Se describe el caso de un hombre 60 años, con antecedente cardiopatía isquémica tratada de manera endovascular en el 2004. Se realiza diagnóstico de aneurisma aórtico infrarrenal infeccioso secundario a bacteremia por Salmonella group. Se realiza abordaje quirúrgico abierto con sustitución de aorta con aloinjerto criopreservado.
