El trabajo pasa revista a la situación actual de los procesos de integración económica en el mundo, así como también a las negociaciones comerciales internacionales que se dan al amparo de la Organización Mundial del Comercio (OMC), describiendo y analizando las principales cuestiones.En la parte final del mismo, se proponen algunas herramientas de juicio sobre el rol que debería desempeñar Argentina en materia de regionalismo y multilateralismo a fin de lograr una inserción provechosa para el país.

Le travail passe en revue la situation actuelle des processus d'intégration économique dans le monde, ainsi que les négociations commerciales internationales menées sous l'égide de l'Organisation mondiale du commerce (OMC), décrivant et analysant les principales questions.Dans la dernière partie de celui-ci, certains outils de jugement sont proposés sur le rôle que l'Argentine devrait jouer en matière de régionalisme et de multilatéralisme afin de parvenir à une insertion bénéfique pour le pays.

The paper reviews the current situation of economic integration processes in the world, as well as the international trade negotiations that take place under the auspices of the World Trade Organization (WTO), describing and analyzing the main issues. In the final part of the paper, some judgment tools are proposed on the role that Argentina should play in terms of regionalism and multilateralism in order to achieve a beneficial insertion for the country.

تستعرض الورقة الوضع الحالي لعمليات التكامل الاقتصادي في العالم، وكذلك مفاوضات التجارة الدولية التي تجري تحت رعاية منظمة التجارة العالمية (WTO)، وتصف وتحلل القضايا الرئيسية. في الجزء الأخير من الورقة، يتم اقتراح بعض أدوات الحكم على الدور الذي يجب أن تلعبه الأرجنتين من حيث الإقليمية والتعددية من أجل تحقيق إدراج مفيد للبلاد.
