
<p>El objetivo principal de esta investigación consiste en explorar las causas que limitan o potencian a la mujer directiva en su transición a la alta dirección. </p> <p>Se trata de explorar los diversos factores limitantes a este proceso, tales como los vinculados a la estructura social, a la socialización familiar y profesional, a la educación en sus distintos niveles, a la posibilidad de conciliar los roles profesionales y familiares, según la etapa del ciclo de vida, y a los estereotipos aún vigentes en las organizaciones respecto a la presencia de mujeres en los altos cargos.</p> <p> </p>
