Abstract

<p>El objetivo principal de esta investigaci&oacute;n consiste en explorar las causas que limitan o potencian a la mujer directiva en su transici&oacute;n a la alta direcci&oacute;n.&nbsp;</p> <p>Se trata de explorar los diversos factores limitantes a este proceso, tales como los vinculados a la estructura social, a la socializaci&oacute;n familiar y profesional, a la educaci&oacute;n en sus distintos niveles, a la posibilidad de conciliar los roles profesionales y familiares, seg&uacute;n la etapa del ciclo de vida, y a los estereotipos a&uacute;n vigentes en las organizaciones respecto a la presencia de mujeres en los altos cargos.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
