Abstract

<p>Esta colecci&oacute;n de ensayos consta de nueve estudios de la pol&iacute;tica de enfrentamiento durante el siglo XX, centrados en el an&aacute;lisis de los repertorios de acci&oacute;n, es decir, conjuntos de actuaciones y movilizaciones de car&aacute;cter discontinuo, agrupado, aprendido, creativo y adaptado, que relacionan reclamaciones, protagonistas, espacios, formas de movilizaci&oacute;n y gobiernos. Los repertorios var&iacute;an conforme se produzcan esas relaciones, el lugar y el tiempo en los que se pongan en pr&aacute;ctica, as&iacute; como las experiencias previas y ajenas. Los repertorios son historia. Se integran, a su vez, en un contexto pol&iacute;tico que proporciona o limita algunos de los recursos fundamentales para la movilizaci&oacute;n, al crear un ambiente espec&iacute;fico de oportunidades y restricciones pol&iacute;ticas influyente en la disposici&oacute;n de los grupos. Cada repertorio disponible, adem&aacute;s, forma parte de una aut&eacute;ntica cultura del enfrentamiento, al consistir en un conjunto de s&iacute;mbolos con los que las personas construyen, expresan y otorgan significados a los conflictos, permiti&eacute;ndoles pensar y adoptar estrategias. En los diferentes textos del libro se abordan las caracter&iacute;sticas de los repertorios, su transformaci&oacute;n y alcance en la pol&iacute;tica de enfrentamiento europea y espa&ntilde;ola.</p>
