Abstract

<p>Este libro es una monograf&iacute;a sobre la aplicaci&oacute;n de las redes sociales en el an&aacute;lisis de la integraci&oacute;n laboral. En particular, se trata de poner de manifiesto a trav&eacute;s de datos emp&iacute;ricos concretos, el desfase que existe entre la forma de buscar empleo y la de encontrarlo. Los j&oacute;venes que intentan acceder por primera vez al mercado de trabajo sufren las consecuencias de su falta de experiencia. Por ello, las relaciones sociales son buenos integradores laborales de j&oacute;venes. Este libro trata de explicar la operatividad de las relaciones, que habitualmente est&aacute;n al alcance de los que no han trabajado nunca o quieren cambiar de empleo, como canalizadores de individuos hacia la estructura ocupacional.</p>
