Abstract

<p>La encuesta deliberativa es un procedimiento metodol&oacute;gico que se mueve entre los objetivos de las investigaciones cuantitativas sobre opini&oacute;n p&uacute;blica y los procesos para dar voz a la ciudadan&iacute;a en los procesos de decisi&oacute;n p&uacute;blica. &iquest;Qu&eacute; pensar&iacute;amos sobre un tema en concreto si pudi&eacute;ramos estar informados y debatir los argumentos a favor y en contra con un universo plural de personas? La encuesta deliberativa trata de dar respuesta a este interrogante a trav&eacute;s de un proceso, que empieza con una encuesta de opini&oacute;n, a la que sigue un foro deliberativo donde los participantes encuentran el espacio para informarse y debatir. Una segunda encuesta a las mismas personas permitir&aacute; observar como sus preferencias cambian como resultado de la experiencia. En este volumen se explican las claves para desarrollar este m&eacute;todo de trabajo y se citan diversas experiencias, con especial &eacute;nfasis en la desarrollada por el IESA y el CIS durante el a&ntilde;o 2006.</p>
