Abstract

<p>El presente libro es un manual b&aacute;sico para pensar, dise&ntilde;ar, redactar y aplicar cuestionarios en todo tipo de encuestas sociol&oacute;gicas. Explica cuidadosamente el planteamiento del cuestionario como instrumento de recogida de datos, as&iacute; como la redacci&oacute;n de preguntas, y todos los temas del dise&ntilde;o. Se basa en la experiencia de varias d&eacute;cadas del Centro de Investigaciones Sociol&oacute;gicas (CIS, antes Instituto de la Opini&oacute;n P&uacute;blica, IOP) con cientos de investigaciones y encuestas. Presenta de forma detallada y pr&aacute;ctica el tipo de preguntas que se pueden realizar, y sus problemas. Discute la planificaci&oacute;n del cuestionario, tanto en sus aspectos formales como de estructura, apartados y columnado incluyendo temas de precodificaci&oacute;n. Presenta tipos de cuestionarios y preguntas. Relaciona la construcci&oacute;n del cuestionario con las otras fases de investigaci&oacute;n social. Presenta adem&aacute;s tres ejemplos reales de cuestionarios recientes del CIS, que pueden ser utilizados como una excelente gu&iacute;a a seguir. Es un manual general, para aprender a dise&ntilde;ar cuestionarios, imprescindible para cualquier profesional de la investigaci&oacute;n social mediante encuesta.</p>
