Un mundo enfrentado a un rápido crecimiento poblacional afronta desafíos significativos, entre ellos, el de garantizar la seguridad alimentaria sin comprometer la sostenibilidad ambiental. Para satisfacer esta creciente demanda y mitigar la degradación de los recursos naturales, es esencial adoptar tecnologías innovadoras en sectores clave como la agricultura. Entre estas tecnologías destaca la fertilización orgánica, desarrollada mediante procesos de bioconversión de residuos, la cual promueve una producción más eficiente y respetuosa con el medio ambiente.
