Resumen: Daremos respuesta a una serie de cuestiones, que ayuden a contextualizar el enfoque del asesoramiento jurídico y tributario en un entorno global, frente a la planificación global, una perspectiva de gestión internacional que integra de manera concisa el análisis del mercado, es decir, la estructura de la industria, y el no mercado, es decir, las fuerzas políticas. Mostrando cómo comprender el impacto de las fuerzas ambientales en la rentabilidad de la empresa, cómo priorizar tanto los riesgos como las oportunidades, cómo analizar las relaciones entre ellos y cómo recomendarles respuestas firmes para maximizar la rentabilidad de las empresas multinacionales.Abstract: This text provides citizens with an international managerial perspective that concisely integrates both market (i.e., industry structure) and nonmarket (i.e., political forces) analysis.
