
En este trabajo se plantea una propuesta para una posible reforma del sistema electoral mexicano mediante la adopción de un sistema de elección mediante la adopción de un sistema de la elección mediante distritos binominales., con lista cerrada pero no bloqueada, y con reelección inmediata de los legisladores, similar al vigente en Chile, completado en todo caso con mecanismos para el gobierno legislativo que favorezcan coaliciones mayoritarias en ambas cámaras y por sistemas de financiamiento vinculados a la participación ciudadana.
