Abstract

The tourism industry is rightly considered to be one of the most important in the world due to its ability to generate jobs, increase national revenues and enhance competitiveness. That is why tourism is an extremely promising area of growth for the global economy, having a significant social and economic impact, contributing to solving global challenges. In this dynamic industry, experience and innovation have become a key competitive tool, ensuring the creation of attractive tourism products that meet the ever-changing expectations of consumers. Experience and innovation are a powerful catalyst for increasing the competitive advantage of a tourism product, strengthening the country's position in the global market. They are a fundamental factor in economic development, as they stimulate the modernization of production processes, improve sales and promotion systems in the tourism sector, and significantly increase the consumer value of the tourism offer. A well-thought-out innovation policy in tourism creates unique opportunities for creating differentiated and attractive tourism products and services. development of the tourism sector and maximizing its positive impact on the economy and the world around it. Mutual enrichment of experience and innovation is the key to successful adaptation to changing trends in tourist demand. It promotes the development of new distribution channels, the development of effective marketing approaches and the introduction of modern promotion tools that allow attracting diverse flows of tourists. Thus, investing in the creation of innovative tourism products and initiatives is strategically important for the sustainable development of the tourism sector and maximizing its positive impact on the economy and the world around it. That is why the monograph «Tourism: experience and innovations» examines various approaches to important aspects of tourism development. The problem of conditions, peculiarities of tourist services inherent in tourism under the influence of factors of modern society development is analyzed. The monograph analyzes: tourism and global problems of mankind; geography of international tourist flows in the world; innovation and information technology in tourism; socio-economic aspects of the tourism business. The chapters of the monograph are devoted to the study of: determinants of the uniqueness of the tourist and recreational potential of Kyiv, its realities and prospects; formation and development of recreation in Ukraine and the world; Startups in the travel industry; development of creative management of tourism enterprises; the importance of the toponymic method in the study of regional tourist and recreational resources; theory and practice of tourism digitalization; specifics of the use of information technology in the organization of special types of tourism; methodological aspect of the socio. The monograph «Tourism: experience and innovations» is a collective scientific work that presents the research of scientists, educators, economists, geographers, historians, philosophers, 6 designers, sociologists, and political scientists. Different points of view of such a complex problem will certainly help to assess the diversity of views and approaches to the study of this difficult, but important and relevant issue related to the development of experience and innovation in tourism in modern conditions. The publication will be useful in theoretical and practical terms for scientists, educators, specialists in other related sciences, and representatives of the tourism industry who study the problems of tourism in the context of modern innovative transformations.
