Abstract

En este artículo se analizan las defensorías de audiencias mediáticas de sistemas de medios de uso público estatales en México con información del registro público de concesiones del IFT, páginas web de los medios y sus defensorías y solicitudes de acceso a la información mediante la Plataforma Nacional de Transparencia. Se encontró un proceso de institucionalización problemático y diverso: hay casos con diseños de reglas institucionales orientadas al fortalecimiento de las defensorías que en la práctica no necesariamente se cumplen (Coahuila y Guerrero) y otros con condiciones necesarias para su consolidación (Ciudad de México, Chiapas, Estado de México, Nuevo León y Tlaxcala)
