This study, divided into two parts, analyzes the beads that are part of the costume of the inhabitants of the area of Gepid domination in the second half of the 5th century and the first half of the 6th century AD. The first part is a revised version of the typology, resulting from the research of material from funerary contexts and hoards included in my master thesis. The second part tackles how the beads were combined and worn, and who the wearers were, based on the typology and the material studied.
