Pengaruh Pijat Oksitosin Terhadap Produksi ASI Ibu Nifas

Abstract

Ketidaklancaran produksi Air Susu Ibu (ASI) merupakan masalah yang sering dialami ibu nifas, berkaitan dengan perubahan fisiologis maupun psikologis pasca persalinan. Kondisi tersebut dapat diatasi melalui pemberian terapi pijat, salah satunya pijat oksitosin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pijat oksitosin terhadap produksi ASI ibu nifas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan rancangan Pre eksperimen One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 ibu nifas yang ditentukan berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan di TPMB Ni Wayan Sinaryathi, Nusa Dua Bali pada tanggal 10 Mei hingga 10 Juni 2025 menggunakan lembar observasi produksi ASI dan dianalisis dengan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai ada peningkatan ASI sebelum dan setelah pemberian pijat oksitosin dari rata-rata 48,73 ml menjadi 89,90 ml. Pijat oksitosin berpengaruh secara signifikasn terhadap produksi ASI pada ibu nifas di TPMB Ni Wayan Sinaryathi di Nusa Dua Bali (p-value=0,000) Bidan dan petugas kesehatan lainnya diharapkan dapat menerapkan pemberian pijat oksitosin sebagai intervensi rutin untuk membantu meningkatkan produksi produksi ASI pada ibu nifas
