Lamanya Proses Persalinan Kala II Dapat Beresiko Asfiksia Neonatorum

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Angka kematian maternal dilampung tengah pada tahun 2010 adalah sebanyak 172 kasus (7,6/1000) kelahiran hidup. Adapun penyebab utamanya adalah asfiksia 43%, BBLR 28%, dan penyebab lain 29%. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Lamanya Proses Persalinan Kala II Dengan resiko Asfiksia Neonatorum di RSD Demang Sepulau Raya pada tahun 2018 Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analitik dengan penelitian cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu bersalin pada tahun 2017 di RSD Demang Sepulau Raya yang berjumlah 846 ibu bersalin. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah Uji Chi Square. Hasil: Hasil penelitian di RSD Demang Sepulau Raya Tahun 2018 diperoleh Distribusi frekuensi kejadian Asfiksia Neonatorum sebanyak 87 (10,3%), Distribusi frekuensi Partus Lama sebanyak 84 (9,9%), Hubungan ibu dengan partus lama yang melahirkan bayi Asfiksia sebanyak 46 orang (54,8%) lebih besar dibandingkan ibu dengan partus lama yang melahirkan bayi tidak asfiksia. Hasil uji statistik diperoleh ρ= 0,000 berarti ρ Value kurang dari α ( 0,05 ). Kesimpulan: Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Lamanya Proses Persalinan Kala II beresiko Asfiksia Neonatorum dan diperoleh pula OR 21. Peneliti menyarankan agar karyawan RSD Demang Sepulau Raya melakukan pelatihan tentang asfiksia untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guna mengurangi AKB akibat asfiksia.
