Abstract

Fulfillment of capital for business actors is very important and a supporting factor for the smooth running of a business, as is the case with BMT Mandiri Sejahtera East Java which provides financing products in the form of Qardh Pasar which aims to assist market traders in meeting capital for their business. This study aims to determine the effect of Qardhul Hasan (Market Qardh) financing on increasing the income of market traders on customers at BMT Mandiri Sejahtera East Java Branch Sembayat Gresik with indicators measuring the amount of financing, time period, and service fees. The existence of Qardh Market financing is expected to help market traders in running their business continuously. The method used in this research is a comparative causal quantitative method with simple linear regression analysis. Respondents in this study were customers who received Qardh Market financing with a total of 37 people, which included the population. The data collection technique used a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale and then processed using the SPSS version 27.0 application. The results of this study indicate that Market Qardh financing has an effect on increasing the income of market traders as shown by the results of hypothesis testing where the value of t count> t table (8.538>1.690). The effect of Qardh Market financing is 67.6% as indicated by the R Square value of 0.676 while the remaining 32.4% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
