Una alianza inevitable

Abstract

Para transformar el alma son necesarias las humanidades y si las interpretamos como un pensamiento que dignifica la condiciónhumana (Garcíatorres, 2023), no dudamos en considerarlas aliadas del periodismo feminista. El objetivo de este artículo es dar a conocer un recorrido por las diferentes etapas de lucha de las periodistas mexicanas que han fundado publicaciones feministas. Para lograr su meta, la mayoría de veces, han trabajado desde la marginalidad, es decir sin ningún apoyo empresarial ni algún financiamiento: usan recursos propios, padecen limitaciones de circulación y sin ganancias económicas, pero las motiva la certeza de que pueden transformar a la sociedad a través de sus textos. Nuestro punto de partida es identificar lo que entendemos por periodismo, feminismo y humanidades, así como las pautas que los alían. A continuación, especificamos las etapas históricas donde las periodistas mexicanas fundaron sus publicaciones e identificaremos sus contenidos e interpretaciones de la realidad que vivieron como mujeres representativas de su época, sensibles a su condición y comprometidas con el cambio.
