
Dans le présent essai, nous commenterons les exigences auxquelles doivent satisfaire les candidats indépendants en vertu de la loi générale sur les institutions et procédures électorales (LEGIPE) et du code électoral et de participation citoyenne de l'État de Jalisco (CEPCEJ). Des cas pertinents sont également présentés au Mexique qui ont enrichi la vie juridique du pays en consolidant le respect maximal des droits de l'homme.
En el presente ensayo se comentaran los requisitos que deben reunir los candidatos independientes segun la Ley General de Instituciones y Procedimientos Electorales (LEGIPE) y el Codigo Electoral y de Participacion Ciudadana del Estado de Jalisco (CEPCEJ). Son tambien presentados casos relevantes en Mexico que han enriquecido la vida juridica del pais consolidando el maximo cumplimiento a los derechos humanos.
This essay will discuss the requirements that independent candidates must meet according to the General Law of Electoral Institutions and Procedures (LEGIPE) and the Electoral and Citizen Participation Code of the State of Jalisco (CEPCEJ). Relevant cases are also presented in Mexico that have enriched the legal life of the country by consolidating maximum compliance with human rights.
