Abstract

O trabalho aborda aspectos mais recentes sobre o princípio da boa-fé, tanto na sua vertente objetiva quanto subjetiva, enfrentando, em seu núcleo, as funções da boa-fé. Ademais, investiga as possibilidades de interpretação do conceito de probidade contratual, em conjunto com a boa-fé.
