Abstract

O estudo tem como objetivo fazer uma análise conceitual dos aspectos que envolvem a cultura nas instituições de saúde ea identidade individual dos profissionais envolvidos com o ato de cuidar dos pacientes. Para tanto, busca enfocar os seguintes assuntos:cultura organizacional; o processo de construção das instituições de saúde e a cultura organizacional; a identidade do sujeito naorganização; o papel da cultura individual nas instituições de saúde.
