Los conflictos empresariales y el clima organizacional

Abstract

Las empresas actualmente atraviesan por cambios constantes, producto de las exigencias de la globalización y la economía, y el capital humano también está en constante evolución y mejora, con el propósito de lograr cumplir los objetivos de la organización y a la vez satisfacer sus necesidades económicas y desarrollarse como excelentes profesionales dentro de la empresa donde laboran, sin embargo para que esto suceda de manera óptima deben existir ciertas condiciones y que las habilidades de cada trabajador sean mayores a las fallas presentes. El objetivo general de esta investigación se basa en el análisis de los conflictos empresariales y la manera que influyen en el clima organizacional así como la forma de controlarlos y evitarlos a futuro. La metodología utilizada se basa en un análisis bibliográfico documental. Como conclusión se puede indicar que los conflictos por ser naturales en el ser humano son casi inevitables dentro de cualquier contexto e incluso en las organizaciones, sin embargo es necesario comprender la intensidad del conflicto para poder establecer estrategias reglas y normativas que permitan poder controlarlos, y evitarlos en la medida de las posibilidades.
