Este artículo indaga sobre los rendimientos filosóficos que están presentes en la relación entre el concepto de reconocimiento de Hegel y la justicia global con el objetivo de contribuir al desarrollo de una fundamentación ético-política de la movilidad humana desde la perspectiva del pensamiento de Hegel. Con ello se pretende mostrar que, del vínculo entre reconocimiento, eticidad y derecho, surgen algunos aportes tanto para una teoría de la movilidad humana como para una teoría de la justicia global.
