The analytical report Society Transformed by War presents an overview of key trends and changes in Ukrainian society as of January 2025. Throughout the war, Ukrainian society has transformed and continues to evolve. Using available official data and the results of sociological surveys, the authors sought to answer the question: “What is Ukrainian society like today?” The report focuses on social groups within Ukrainian society, value orientations, public institutions, and features of governance and regional economies during wartime.
