KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA MELALUI FILM

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh film sebagai media pembelajaran terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Dalam era informasi yang semakin kompleks, kemampuan berpikir kritis menjadi keterampilan penting yang harus dimiliki oleh individu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, melibatkan sekelompok siswa dari berbagai latar belakang. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis konten film yang dipilih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan film dalam pembelajaran tidak hanya meningkatkan minat siswa, tetapi juga mendorong mereka untuk menganalisis, mengevaluasi, dan menciptakan argumen berdasarkan informasi yang disajikan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa film dapat menjadi alat efektif dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, serta memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih menarik dan bermakna.
