Abstract

Los gobiernos estatales llevan algunos años en un proceso de modernización en su gestión pública con el fin de responder de forma idónea a las exigencias y necesidades de su entorno, en cuanto a tiempos, costos y eficiencia en sus procesos de servicio. Es por ello que, esta investigación tuvo como objetivo principal el de determinar la relación entre las variables gobierno electrónico y simplificación administrativa en la Municipalidad Provincial de Sihuas, 2022. Por lo que se empleó el tipo de investigación básica teórica, descriptiva correlacional y con un diseño no experimental. Para cumplir con este objetivo, se trabajó con una población de 72 funcionarios de la municipalidad, debido al reducido tamaño de la población, se decidió trabajar con muestra no probabilística por conveniencia tomando al total de funcionarios, para esto se aplicó dos cuestionarios donde, utilizando la escalada de Likert, se medió cada una de las variables y teniendo un nivel de confiablidad del 92.6% en los instrumentos aplicados, se pudo determinar que existe una relación positiva muy fuerte entre el gobierno electrónico y la simplificación administrativa, teniendo un coeficiente de correlación (Rxy = 0.983).
