Abstract

El presente artículo de revisión tiene como principal objetivo describir la capacitación, competencias en el rendimiento laboral en empresas de servicios en Lima, Perú. La metodología aplicada en el presente artículo de revisión es el análisis de contenido y se seleccionaron 28 artículos. Se concluye que aún existe la idea de algunos empresarios que la capacitación es un gasto mas no una inversión del recurso humano, es necesario que las empresas de servicio logren aumentar las habilidades y conocimientos de sus colaboradores por medio de un programa de capacitación actualizado y dinámico. Asimismo, es necesario contar con colaboradores con competencias demostradas para que las empresas cuenten con un adecuado rendimiento laboral.
