Sistemas imunológicos artificiais no teste de agentes inteligentes

Abstract

Agentes inteligentes consistem em uma tecnologia da computacao promissora para o desenvolvimento de sistemas distribuidos complexos. Apesar dos referenciais teoricos disponiveis para orientar o projetista desses agentes, existem poucas tecnicas de testes propostas para validar esses sistemas. Sabe-se que essa validacao depende dos casos de teste selecionados, os quais devem providenciar informacoes a respeito dos componentes na estrutura do agente que estao com desempenho insatisfatorio. Este artigo apresenta a aplicacao de sistemas imunologicos artificiais (SIA), por meio do algoritmo de selecao clonal (Clonalg), para o problema de otimizacao de selecao de casos de teste para o teste de sistemas computacionais baseados em agentes inteligentes. A fim de validar o uso do Clonalg, foram realizadas comparacoes entre as tecnicas de algoritmos geneticos (AG) e algoritmos de otimizacao por colonia de formigas (ACO). Nos experimentos com a abordagem testando agentes inteligentes com diferentes tipos de arquitetura em ambientes parcialmente e totalmente observaveis, a abordagem selecionou um conjunto de casos de teste satisfatorio em termos das informacoes geradas sobre o desempenho irregular do agente. Com base nesse resultado, a abordagem possibilita a identificacao dos episodios problematicos, permitindo ao projetista realizar mudancas objetivas na estrutura interna do agente de forma a melhorar seu desempenho.
