Abstract

Rohre aus Beton und Stahlbeton können bereits heute als Quelle für rezyklierte Gesteinskörnung verwendet werden. Für eine richtige Kreislaufwirtschaft wäre allerdings die Verwendung eines möglichst hohen Anteils von Recycling-Betonbruch in der Rohrproduktion notwendig. Daher lotete Sika im Rahmen eines Pilotprojekts mit dem Bundesfachverband Betonkanalsysteme e.V. (FBS) und der Röser Unternehmensgruppe aus, ob sich eine 100%ige Verwertung des Betonbruchs aus Sicht der Produktion sowie der Betontechnologie umsetzen ließe. Die einzelnen Schritte von der Aufbereitung des Betonbruchs mit dem reCO2ver-Verfahren über Vorversuche im Labor bis zur industriellen Testproduktion führten zu wichtigen Erkenntnissen, welche die Beton-Kreislaufwirtschaft maßgeblich revolutionieren können. Der Beitrag konzentriert sich auf die Problemstellung und die in Laborversuchen gewonnenen Erkenntnisse.
