A 6-year-old girl was diagnosed with scoliosis during a routine check-up. Imaging revealed a paravertebral mass at the D5-D8 level, diagnosed as a mature ganglioneuroma, which was successfully removed.The scoliosis, considered secondary to the mass, is being managed conservatively with orthopaedic follow-up.
