Grupos Felices y Productivos: Una aproximación al estudio del afecto positivo en grupos desde la Psicología Positiva

Abstract

El afecto positivo motiva a las personas a explorar sus límites, aumenta su sociabilidad e incluso promueve la resiliencia. Sin embargo, los grupos y equipos de trabajo también puede desarrollar una emoción positiva compartida, lo cual es denominada como afecto positivo grupal. Además, el afecto positivo grupal es uno de los elementos clave para comprender el mecanismo que subyace en la creación de organizaciones saludables y resilientes. Aunque la investigación previa ha permitido comprobar cómo el afecto positivo grupal impulsa los comportamientos y los resultados del grupo, todavía quedan algunas preguntas por responder. De hecho, este trabajo de investigación busca responder a tres de ellas: 1) ¿Cuál es la relación del afecto positivo grupal con el desempeño grupal; 2) ¿Cuáles son los antecedentes organizativos del afecto positivo grupal?; 3) ¿Bajo qué circunstancias los altos niveles de afecto positivo grupal conducen a bajos niveles de desempeño grupal?
