Profundidade de semeadura na germinação e emergência de ervilhaca comum e nabo forrageiro

Abstract

Diante da dificuldade de produção e aquisição de sementes de ervilhaca e de nabo forrageiro, é necessário otimizar a utilização desse insumo. A semeadura na profundidade adequada constitui-se em importante práticacultural para implantação correta dessas culturas de cobertura do solo. O objetivo desse trabalho foi avaliar o efeito de cinco profundidades de semeadura sobre a germinação e a velocidade de emergência e de crescimento de plântulasde ervilhaca comum e nabo forrageiro. Para tanto, foi conduzido um experimento sob condições de abrigo na Epagri/Estação Experimental de Canoinhas, SC. Constatou-se que as profundidades de semeadura compreendidas entre 2 e 6cm proporcionaram adequada porcentagem de germinação de sementes, velocidade de emergência e crescimento inicial de plântulas de ervilhaca comum e de nabo forrageiro.
